Applicants who are NRI and holding Indian passport are also eligible for credit cards.

What is the Minimum CIBIL Score Required for Applying IOB Credit Card?

For CIBIL score less than 650, you can get credit card limit against deposit with 10% margin.

Whether Third Party Guarantee is Required for Applying IOB Credit Card?

Customers can apply for new card using DIY Portal:

What Are the Documents Required for Applying IOB Credit Card?

  • Application cum terms and condition form Income tax return / salary slip/ Form 16 as a proof of income
  • Applicable KYC documents.

Card Received Not Activated

Card can be activated through Customer Portal.

First, customer must create login in customer portal.

After Login >> Service Request >> Request for Card Activation >> OTP will be sent to your Registered Mobile Number >> Enter OTP >> submit.

Mobile App >> Card Actions >> Activate card.

    • Customers can enable through Mobile App >> Card Actions >> Manage Cards >> Transaction Preference.

    Green PIN Generation

    • Customers can generate through Customer Portal login >> PIN Generation >> OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number >> Enter OTP >> submit.

    You can Register the Card in Your Internet Banking Account through the Option

    Whether Insurance Benefits Are Available in IOB Credit Card?

    Yes, Following Insurance Benefits are Available to All the IOB RUPAY Credit Card Holder Free of Cost as Per the NPCI Terms and Conditions which Varies Time to Time.

    Current Facility for Personal Accident Benefit is as Below:

    Rupay Classic Credit Card: Nil

    Rupay Platinum Credit Card: 2 Lakh Rupay Select Credit Card: 10 Lakh

    *Insurance Amount is as per NPCI and it is Changing Time to Time.

    What are the Reward Benefit in IOB Credit Card?

    Points will be given for Transactions value of Rs. 100 and above made in POS/E-Com.

    One Reward Point for every Rs. 100/- spent on Platinum, Signature and Select Cards.

    One Reward Point for every Rs. 150/- spent on Classic and Gold Cards.

    Each point will have a value of Rs. 0.25.
