Loans under the scheme shall not be considered for accounts with external rating of noninvestment grade and with internal rating below the hurdle rate as per Bank's guidelines.

Hurdle rate: IOB5 for non- priority and IOB6 for priority Sector

Prime Security

  • WC Limits-Hypothecation of inventory and book debts and charge on current assets
  • Term Loan-charge on assets procured out of term loan/mortgage of factory land and building
  • Letter of Credit-Documents of title to goods
  • Letter of Guarantee-Counter Guarantee of the borrower

Collateral security/ CGTMSE

Coverage

Non CGTMSE covered accounts:

Minimum 25% (FMV) of total limits sanctioned by way of land and building and/or liquid securities (FMV to be reckoned for calculating the coverage).

CGTMSE Covered Accounts:

CGTMSE coverage to be obtain in all eligible accounts.

Coverage under hybrid security product of CGTMSE also available.

Interest Rate

Interest rate starting from 8.50% as per the rating of the borrower.

Guarantee:

Personal Guarantee of Partners/Directors/ Collateral security owners to be obtained as per Bank's Norm.

No third-party guarantee to be obtained for the accounts covered under CGTMSE.

Interchangeability of limits

FB to NFB can be permitted on a case-to-case basis subject to availability of adequate DP and within overall secured and unsecured limits.

Other Norms

  • Turnaround Time (TAT) should be kept as minimum as possible to ensure targeted credit deployment under the scheme.
  • Lending under this scheme can be under sole or multiple or consortium arrangement.
  • Any concessions shall continue till expiry of existing sanction. If branch / RO desires to extend the interest rate as per proposed modified scheme, no existing concession in interest rate to continue.
  • Existing interest rate in any account to be changed to proposed ROI only after getting specific request from the customers.
