  • Awareness calls through voice blast to the borrowers prior to the due date of payment of dues.
  • Agent calling for reminding Overdue amount of SMA0, SMA1 and SMA2 accounts.
  • Agent calling for Digital Drop Off for loans applied through digital/online mode and handholding the customers for completing the journey.
